Agatha Christie's 'The Mousetrap' opens in London (still running)

"The Mousetrap" by Agatha Christie premiered on this day, in 1952, in London. The play is the world's longest running play and had continously run since 1952 until the current pandemic forced perfomances to be cancelled.

"The Mousetrap" has a twist ending, which the audience are traditionally asked not to reveal after leaving the theatre.
